Breakage deposit of 400€ to be lodged directly with owner and refunded on departure. Weekly cleaning service with final cleaning charge of 96€, which can be deducted from the breakage deposit. Weekly linen change. Central heating available and payable locally (according to metered usuage) if required. Additional maid service is available at a cost of 10€ per hour and payable locally if required. Saturday changeover.
