St Thurien just 5 min drive for shops and tennis; restaurant 10 min drive. Attractive little town of Quimperlé 15 km has more shops, restaurants, bike hire and riding. Great choice of sandy beaches in the area, with Le Pouldu and family resort of Kerfany-les-Pins within 25 min drive. Lovely old walled town and port of Concarneau, 40 min drive, with wonderful seafood restaurants should not be missed. Swimming lake on site, and golf at Queven 20 km. Pont-Aven, famous for its artists and galleries is 25 min drive. International airport: Brest 115 km.

 Superb tranquil setting just outside the pretty hamlet of St Eloi for this restored watermill, complete with turning millwheel, set in extensive grounds of well-maintained lawns and shrubberies and having two beautiful small lakes and a stream. Private fishing is possible and a rowing boat is provided. The property has been tastefully restored to provide spacious holiday accommodation complete with an indoor pool 8.5 x 3.5 x 1.15m depth, sauna and billiards room.
