It is situated just on the edge of San Ginese and is within walking distance (approx 150 mts) of the shops and restaurants in the village. Villa Alessia is also just a short drive to the famous historic town of Lucca and within 30 kms of the coast and both Florence and Pisa are easily accessible, making this an excellent base for exploring the northern area of Tuscany and the coast.
It has a lovely garden with vine-covered gazebo, perfect for outside dining and a private pool. This villa provides excellent accommodation for a family or group of friends wishing to holiday together. Car hire is essential and the villa has private parking.
Ground floor: hall leading to kitchen / breakfast room, utility room, living room, dining room with fireplace. First floor: master double bedroom with en suite shower room, 1 twin and 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom. Second floor: double bedroom, living area with sofa bed and shower room. Satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher.
Breakage deposit of €150 to be lodged directly with owner and refunded on departure. Compulsory final cleaning charge of €120 payable locally. Central heating available and payable locally (according to metered usage) if required. Saturday changeover.
