This is my second time to this hotel and it was great, the staff at the front desk is very attentive and kind. We were checked into our room when we arrived and the room was by far the cleanest I've seen. The staff at the dinning room was very friendly and a couple of them actually remembered what we liked and was always there to keep the drinks and food coming. The tv didnt have remote control but we asked for one and readily had it, the beach is better than any other place because a section of it is corded off so the vendors cannot bother the tourist when sunbathing or resting, that I REALLY like. Ms. Laiking was by far the friendliest and most helpful of the staff, we even had a basket of fresh fruits waiting at the room, FANTASTIC service!!!! I recomend this hotel although it's not on the beach, but if it's peace and quiet you are looking for, just stay by the pools and enjoy your vacation. Dont forget to ask for Ms. Laiking so you can enjoy superb service.
