This hotel is very difficult to find if you do not know the city. we were lucky to find a resident of lisbon to take us to it. When we arrived, the staff were efficient and polite, but nothing more. Seasoned travellers may enjoy this hotel, but do not use it as a first time visitor to Lisbon. It is clean and functional and ticks the boxes required.
