The frosty receptionist did not even welcome us she demanded our passports and refused to return them with no explanation. She slapped our keys on the desk and a porter took our cases to our room he was very nice. We must add only the receptionist let the hotel down, the staff were very nice people. The room was very clean the bed comfortable but my daughter needed a new pillow, after the reception we received we did not have the nerve to ask for it to be replaced. Breakfast was very good plenty to choose from. Everyone should have at least one drink in the bar as the bar man is very friendly. This hotel is listed as in a quiet side steet but it is very noisy if you are in a room at the front.
