The Leonardi Eliseo Hotel in Rome occupies a wonderful position in via di Porta Pinciana, at the very top of the famous Via Veneto with its unbelievable views of the Villa Borghese. The area has many bars, restaurants and shops, with historic Piazzas and monuments. The tube and rail stations are close by, making this welcoming hotel an ideal base from which to see the sights. The rooftop breakfast room enjoys superb views over the city and offers a sumptuous breakfast in comfortable and elegant surroundings. Guest rooms within the Eliseo are tastefully furnished and come equipped with all the modern conveniences one could expect from a hotel of its class.

The Eliseo is located near to the Spanish Steps so location is great, though up a steep hill. Accommodation in the hotel is quite basic and definitely not up to the four * rating that it gives itself. The room was also quite small.
Breakfast area at the top of the hotel is great with excellent views of the city.
Staff we all extremely helpful & friendly.
Eliseo is in an expensive area with fantastic restaurants nearby. Would stay again in the same area but if at the Eliseo would have a suite instead.
