Geometri is one of Verner Panton's best-known textile designs. Very much inspired by Op Art, the design is made up of squares and circles featuring alternative positive egative colour combinations. The design was produced for the sensational interior decorations at hotel "Astoria" in Trondheim, where Panton decorated the floors, walls and ceilings entirely with textiles.
